July 27, IFIF public relation –Deputy Head of Minister of Roads and Urban Development Mohammad Saeed Izadi visited South Korean Vice Minister for Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kim Kyung-hwan to foster cooperation in the scientific, infrastructure and urban development arena.

During the meeting which was held on July 25-27 in Surabaya, both countries discussed expansion for mutual cooperation.

Due to the accord inked recently, Kim called for implementation of the mutual deals as soon as possible and he urged Iranian governments to support the South Korean companies referring to their interests to cooperate in different schemes in road construction and urban development.

Visiting Tehran in May, South Korean president declared that Seoul and Tehran have inked five cooperation documents in road and urban development.
